Born in Quebec, Canada in 1916. Family immigrated in the 1920s to the French speaking section of Manchester, New Hampshire. Served in the 10th Mountain Division, Company E, 86th Infantry Regiment and was killed in action on April 14, 1945 during the battle for Mount Rocca Roffeno.
